The Project consists of replacement of the gas-fired heating hot water systems with an air source heat pump chiller at Brookline Town Hall in Brookline, Massachusetts. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of HVAC and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for Electrical Work and must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five percent (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), made payable to the Town of Brookline. Electronic bids are required, and hard copy bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted online as specified in the bid documents. The work is estimated to cost $2,942,043.00.
