Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment and perform all work necessary to reconstruct the Parallel Taxiway (3,240' x 35'), Taxiway B Extension, and Electrical Improvements at Fremont Municipal Airport. The work includes the following approximate quantities: Embankment in Place (7,634 cubic yards); Pavement Removal (15,030 square yards); 9-inch Cement Treated Subgrade (19,120 square yards); 6-inch Aggregate Base Course (18,195 square yards); 7.5-inch Concrete Pavement (17,270 square yards); 24-inch Class IV Reinforced Concrete Arch Pipe (304 linear feet); 4-inch Perforated Underdrain Pipe (6,400 linear feet); Airfield Lighting; REILs; Pavement Marking; Seeding; Bonded Fiber Matrix. Bidders must obtain a complete set of plans, specifications, contract documents, and proposal form, and be pre-qualified by NDOT to construct concrete pavement or as "General." This project is subject to requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation and several federal regulations, including but not limited to Buy American Preferences, Davis Bacon Act, Debarment and Suspension, Fair Labor Standards Act, Lobbying and Influencing Federal Employees, Solid Waste Disposal Act, Trade Restrictions, and FAA prohibitions on Covered Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS).
