Fremont Public Schools is requesting proposals from qualified construction management firms to provide construction management at risk services for a school facilities improvement project. The project may include a combination of renovation, remodeling, addition, and/or new construction related to HVAC improvements, interior finish improvements, upgraded lighting, fire alarm and fire protection system upgrades, bathroom remodel, food services improvements, replacement of gym flooring with turf, new paint, improved classrooms, common space improvements, athletic facilities upgrades, supporting facilities, and related infrastructure and improvements at Fremont Middle School, Bell Field Elementary, and/or Lenihan Gym.
