Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lockport, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealed bids are requested for PCC Sidewalk removal and replacement for ADA compliance, Curb and Gutter removal and replacement, Drainage Improvements, Driveway Removal and Replacement, HMA Surface Removal, Class D Patching, HMA Surface Course, Pavement Markings, Regulatory Signs, Parkway Restoration, Water Main Replacement, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Specifications and Contract Documents for the 2026 Resurfacing Project (26-101). Prospective bidders must carefully review the Plan, General Conditions, Special Conditions, Special Provisions, and Details. Prequalification by IDOT is required for all contractors and subcontractors in their respective disciplines. HMA contractors must be prequalified with the "003 - Hot-Mix Asphalt (HMA) Plant Mix". Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked for the project. Bids transmitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted.
