Seal Coat Contract: Furnish and place approximately: 12,226 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat (Single Application) w/CRS-2PM; 3,820 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat (Double Application) w/CRS-2PM; 9,750 SY of Asphalt Prime Coat w/Blotter; 460 SY Asphalt Skin Patching. SealCoat Contract Modified: Furnish and place approximately: 51,185 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat (Single Application) w/CRS-2PM 63,415 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat (Double Application) w/CRS-2PM; 44,457 SY of Asphalt Prime Coat (E-1) w/chips; 83,114 SY of Fog Seal for Asphalt Seal Coats; 27,833 SY of Asphalt Surface Treatment, and 13,195 of asphalt fiber seal. Line Painting Contract: Furnish and place approximately 164,087 LF of 4" White Edge Lines; 250,214 LF of 4" Double Yellow Center Lines; 9,992 LF of 4" White Skip Lines. Roadway Reclamation: Perform approximately 15,273 SY of roadway reclamation; furnish and place approximately 9,941 lbs of calcium flakes; Perform approximately 5,523 SY of E-1 Prime with stone blotter; Perform approximately 5,523 SY of Asphalt seal coat double application; and perform approximately 5,523 SY of asphalt fog seal. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates Apply and are included with this contract. Proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the West Branch Council of Government. The COG reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
