The Housing and Community Development Department for the City is soliciting bids from qualified, licensed, and insured entities to provide Radon Level testing, management, control of hazards, and follow-up testing, efficiently and effectively on single family homes as outlined in section 4.0 – Scope of Work. All bids must conform to all requirements and specifications outlined within the solicitation document and any designated attachments in their entirety. All services must be conducted by a professional who is currently credentialed by the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) or the National Radon Safety Board (NRSB), or willing to become credentialed prior to contract signing.
