Site work for a water / sewer project in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are solicited for storm drain structures, drainpipes, and BMP retrofitting of a median island. All bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid, which may be a certified check or bid bond payable to the Town of Chelmsford. Bids will be received at the DPW Facility, 9 Alpha Road, Chelmsford, MA, until the designated date and time, at which point they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Town of Chelmsford reserves the right to waive any informality and/or to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
