SPRING TREE PLANTING PROGRAM. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid. This may be a certified check or bid bond, payable to the Town of Chelmsford. Bids will be received at the DPW Facility, 9 Alpha Road, Chelmsford, MA until 4/14/26 at 10:00 a.m. at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Town of Chelmsford reserves the right to waive any informality and/or to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
