The Department of California Highway Patrol invites prospective bidders to review and respond to the Invitation for Bids (IFB) Number 26C601001, titled 'CHP Border Division - Piping Replacement Services.' Compliance with the instructions provided in the IFB is mandatory when preparing and submitting a bid. All bidders must meet the minimum Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation requirement of 5%. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference and view the job site prior to submitting a bid. All prospective bidders must sign in before the start of the walk-through, and late sign-ins will not be accepted. Project consists of descale and flush pipelines and install CIPP (cured in place pipe). Up to 91 linear feet of 4" underground cast iron sewer pipe starting from the 4" floor cleanout in the hallway and ending at the new double sweep cleanouts in front of the building. Questions deadline: 4/29/26 at 9:00 AM The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from August 01, 2026 through July 31, 2027 Bidders shall submit questions via email to Zeanna Merilice at zeanna.merilice@chp.ca.gov.
