Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the remodel of a laboratory facility; and educational facility.

The scope of work will involve interior alterations within seven classrooms and lab. The successful Contractor will be responsible for: the interior alterations which include, but are not limited to: supply and installation of new flooring, painting, minor plumbing and electrical, new t-bar ceiling, lighting, all required furniture and equipment relocations, doors and frames and new door hardware. Providing and maintaining the project schedule, providing a schedule of values, submitting all required shop drawings, leading bi-weekly site meetings and producing meeting minutes for distribution. Arranging and paying for all permits and inspection fees required for this work, including, but not limited to ESA and Fire Safety. Submitting final as-built drawings, and submitting all warranties and maintenance manuals upon completion of the project.
