The Scope of Work requires the provision of all specialized construction labour, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary for the comprehensive parking lot replacement at LCBO Store 167, located in Kingston. The project encompasses approximately 23,130 sq. ft., 40 sq. ft. of new concrete sidewalk, a new concrete base entrance island of 145 sq. ft., and new concrete curbing of approximately 380 linear feet. The Contractor shall be responsible for the systematic saw-cutting, removal, and legal off-site disposal of existing asphalt surfaces and compromised sub-base materials. It includes all sub-grade preparation, detailed grading and compaction to ensure optimal drainage and structural integrity, followed by the supply and installation of new asphalt layers in strict accordance with the enclosed technical drawings and specifications. Bids shall be submitted on or before the submission deadline via the Bonfire electronic bidding system. Late submissions will not be considered. Bids must be in English.
