The USDA, ARS in El Reno, OK requires an Arrowquip Powerlock 108, or comparable cattle chute that meets or exceeds the following, and the additional requirements listed in the attached specification sheet: squeeze opens to at least 31.5 inches and a hydraulic power unit, 5HP electric (single phase). Contractors must submit pricing for all items. To be considered, provide a quote on company letterhead including: SAM.gov UEI Number, descriptive material (such as manufacturer spec sheets or brochures) and a 'meets/does not meet' statement for the minimum specifications, unit price and total price (including all shipping/delivery costs), estimated lead time/delivery date, and a statement that the quote is valid for at least 60 days. Offerors must specifically highlight or reference the page/section in their literature that verifies compliance with each requirement, and identify where the offered item meets or does not meet each of the Government's functional and performance minimum specifications listed.
