Demolition and renovation of a transportation facility in El Reno, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility.
The City of El Reno and W.L. McNatt and Company will receive sealed bids to provide work for the El Reno Airport Hangar Salvage and Demolition located in El Reno, Oklahoma. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid is required for proposals exceeding $50,000. Bids received more than ninety-six hours before or after the set opening time will not be considered. All bidders are required to meet qualification requirements as established in the bid documents. Upon receipt of an acceptable bid, the contract will be awarded within thirty days after opening bids, and the written contract will be executed within sixty days thereafter. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding. All Bidders for This Project Are Required to Meet All Qualifi Cation Requirements as Established in the Bid Documents. Upon Receipt of an Acceptable Bid, the Contract Will Be Awarded Within Thirty (30) Days After Opening Bids and the Written Contract Executed Within Sixty (60) Days Thereafter.
