The Federal Correctional Institution in El Reno, Oklahoma is seeking quotations from qualified vendors for the supply, delivery, and installation of genuine OEM Tymetal PLUSS parts, certified by a Tymetal representative for warranty. Proposals offering alternative products must include technical documentation, certifications, and test results. The government retains authority to determine technical acceptance for all products. The contractor is to provide new, unused items in original packaging and substitutions require prior approval. The project requires onsite construction of a new 14' x 15' temporary gate panel for use during repair phases, with removal and turnover of the panel upon project completion. The contractor must remove the existing Tymetal overhead gate beam using a 6000LBS reach forklift and other specified demolition procedures. The existing locking column is to be removed for concrete repair. Concrete repair involves cutting, jackhammering, repouring, and refinishing using 4000 psi concrete with 1/2" rebar dowels. The contractor will reinstall the locking column, anchor it to the new concrete, install the chain tube and primary drive chain, and potentially cut and align the motor box. All tools and rental equipment are to be provided by the contractor. Delivery hours are 7:00 AM -3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays. The vendor is responsible for their own loading and unloading equipment. All items must comply with relevant safety and industry standards. Contractors must state warranty periods for provided parts, ensure quotes are valid for at least 30 days, and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
