The project shall consist of providing all materials, equipment and labor necessary to install the work as defined as follows: Demolition and abandonment of existing dry well. Conversion of existing wet well for use of submersible pumps. Construction and installation of flow control structure and associated forcemain piping and valves. Furnish and installation of submersible wastewater pumps and associated piping, trash rack and guiderails system, and wet well structure lid. Work includes all necessary grading, erosion control, mobilization and other associated appurtenances and miscellaneous work items. The contractor must provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for 100% of the bid, with a maintenance period of three years from the time of final project acceptance. Monthly payment estimates will be issued for 97% of the work completed with a 3% retainage; remaining retainage will be paid within 30 days of final acceptance.
