The project consists of the reconstruction of East Pleasant Street from Bridge Avenue to Esplanade Avenue. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the reconstruction of the existing roadway, ADA sidewalk and ramps, integrated curb replacement, resetting of all existing utility surface features to finish grade, replacement of driveway approach aprons, topsoil, sodding, and erosion control. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system; no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Each tab of the Invitation to Bid within the system must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
