The City of Davenport is accepting bids for the Harrison Street Resurfacing Project.This project includes asphalt pavement resurfacing on Harrison Street, from W. Central Park Avenue to W. Locust Street. Project work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the Harrison Street Resurfacing Project, including but not limited to: pavement patching, milling/scarification, sewer structure repairs and replacement, ADA pedestrian curb ramp updates, pavement marking replacement and asphalt overlay, and other related construction. Question Cut Off Date 6/9/2026 12:00:00 PM (CT) Questions are due to the Purchasing Division no later than the time indicated. Submit your questions via the questions tab. 6/11/2026 Answers posted. Answers to inquiries that were submitted will be issued no later than the date indicated. the City of Davenport requires a Bid Bond of 5% of the bid amount For awarded bids over $100,000 , the awarded contractor will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount Liquidated damages shall be $1000.00 per day. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and irregularities, if it is deemed in the public interest to do so
