Project involves construction of new pickleball courts. Includes earthwork, base preparation, concrete edging, asphalt paving, acrylic surfacing, chain link fencing, restoration of disturbed areas, stormwater biofilter and dry pond construction, installation of native plant plugs, storm sewer, erosion control and miscellaneous appurtenances required to complete construction. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The City of Columbus reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. To demonstrate Bidder's qualifications to perform the Work, within five (5) days of Owner's request, Bidder shall submit written evidence establishing its qualifications. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to City of Columbus in an amount of 5% of BIDDER's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, or an electronic Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions.
