The purpose is to solicit competitive bids from qualified contractors for concrete courts installed at Draper Park Middle for Canyons School District per attached scope of work documents. It is anticipated that a contract will be awarded to a qualified contractor for the defined services. The event provides sufficient basic information for submitting bids that meet minimum requirements but does not preclude the inclusion of additional relevant data. Eligibility requirements include: maintaining proper licensure to do business in Utah (B100 and S260 - Asphalt & Concrete Contractor), having an office within 70 miles of zip code 84070, and meeting or exceeding Canyons School District's insurance requirements with proof of coverage listing Canyons School District as additional insured during the project. All bid preparation costs and related activities are the sole responsibility of the contractor.
