Renovation of a swimming pool in Palatine, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Work includes (but is not limited to) the following 1. Removal and Installation of Stainless Steel Gutter System located in Building M Natatorium. 2. Including tile repair and all other necessary repairs to existing furnishes affected by the removal and installation of gutter system. 3. Providing safe and adequate access to gutter system while pool is drained, (i.e. Scaffold system, lifts, fall protection and hard barriers 4. Providing general condition services such as cleaning, protection of existing finishes, dumpster management, etc. BEP Participation: 10% Harper College is seeking bids for contracting work that includes removal and installation of a stainless-steel gutter system located in Building M Natatorium. The work includes tile repair and all other necessary repairs to existing finishes affected by the removal and installation of the gutter system. Contractors must pay not less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under this contract and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act. BEP Participation: 10%. Interested bidding contractors may obtain construction documents (two copies of Project Manual and Project Drawings) upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. Submit one electronic copy via Dropbox link. Bids will be opened publicly via Webex.
