Pulverizing, undercut, aggregate and double chip seal on Route 420, Stewart Brook No.1 Bridge No. S797 to Williamstown Road, for a total of 7.4 km in Northumberland County. Bids will only be accepted by electronic transmission sent to highwaysprocurement@snb.ca. All bids must be properly signed by an authorized person, be legible, properly completed, and contain the correct solicitation number. Route 420 from Stewart Brook No.1 Bridge No. S797 (Station 4+802) to Williamstown Road (Station 12+237), Northumberland County, New Brunswick Bids must be received before the closing date and time, and the proponent is responsible for ensuring this, bearing all risks associated with electronic submission. Bids must be in Canadian funds, exclusive of sales tax, and all tenders must be DDP (delivery duty paid) per Incoterms 2020. This procurement is subject to the Procurement Act and Construction Services Regulation. Further requirements regarding bid bond, contract term, and insurance are in the related tender documents. The Province of New Brunswick may waive minor non-compliance or accept/reject bids at its discretion.
