Proposals are requested to furnish all labor and materials to complete the BG #26-036 Clinton County High School Addition and Renovation Early Site and Geothermal and Clinton County ATC Geothermal located at 65 High School Drive, Albany, KY 42602. Work must be performed per plans, specifications, and addenda prepared by Deco Architects, Inc., CMTA, Inc. (M/E Engineer), Sams & DeGough Engineers, PLLC (Structural Engineer), and AGE Engineering Services, Inc. (Civil Engineer). The contract will include liquidated damages of $1,000.00/day if the completion date is not met. Bids must be accompanied by a 5% Bid Bond, submitted in duplicate on the provided forms, and placed in a manila envelope with the Project Name and Proposed Bid Package number. No bids may be withdrawn for sixty days after the opening. Successful bidders must furnish a 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond. Bids are requested for: BID PACKAGE 01 - SITE IMPROVEMENT, BID PACKAGE 02 - HS GEOTHERMAL, and BID PACKAGE 202 - ATC GEOTHERMAL. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and/or technicalities as deemed in their best interest. The project is eligible for certain Investment Tax Credits as described in the U.S. Code related to the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, including Energy Credits, Domestic Content Bonus Credit, and increased rates for Energy Communities. The Owner may require additional cost documentation for tax credit eligible items. All work must adhere to the issued schedule and requirements.
