The City of Buckeye is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Broadway Road and Watson Road Intersection Improvements project. Online Portal Deadline to submit Questions May 6th 2026, 3:00 PM MST SCOPE OF WORK GENERAL This project is located in the City of Buckeye. The improvements will reconstruct the intersection of Broadway Road and Watson Road and extend 1,140 feet west, 1,120 feet east, 800 feet south, and 1,430 feet north. The work consists of full-depth pavement reconstruction at the intersection, sawcut and widening improvements on the approaches; installation of curb and gutter; new storm drain and catch basin improvements; signing and pavement marking; a new traffic signal; relocated private and Roosevelt Irrigation District canals; sewer extension; street lighting and accompanying power service; signal interconnect conduit; and other improvements as shown in the Project Plans. The work described in these Special Provisions and shown on the plans for this project shall be performed in accordance with the current City of Buckeye Engineering Design Standards and Standard Details Supplement, Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) Uniform Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, and these special provisions. Intent to Bid by May 13, 2026 3:00 PM MST.
