Demolition and replacement of exterior aluminum storefront systems and hollow metal doors at multiple buildings. Work includes removal of existing storefronts and doors, furnishing and installing new aluminum storefronts, hollow metal door pairs and frames, sidelights, and transoms. Associated work includes waterproofing, patching and painting walls, patching floors, and painting doors and frames to restore finished surfaces. The scope covers multiple building configurations with varying storefront and door sizes and quantities across Buildings A, B, and C. All work shall be complete and functional, including all materials, labor, and incidentals necessary to deliver fully installed and finished storefront and door assemblies.
