The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for Amtrak Rail Station Roof (the "Project") for the benefit of the Oregon Department of Transportation ("ODOT") (the "Contract"). The work to be performed under the Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services for and incidental to the completion of all construction work in connection with the Project in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The work, includes, but is not limited to: Remove old worn out membrane roofing and dispose of per industry standards. Replace any damaged or wet insulation and place new membrane material per MFG specifications and make waterproof. Remove existing parapet wall cap metal and reuse, if possible, contractor to take extra care to remove and reuse. An asbestos abatement license under Oregon Revised Statute ("ORS") 468A.720 is required of the Contractor or its Subcontractors. The following range is a Project estimate for bonding purposes $100,000 to $250,000 Requests for clarification, requests for change, and protests of this Addendum are due no later than: 04/17/2026 @ 5:00 PM. Solicitation documents for the Amtrak Rail Station Roof project are available on the State of Oregon's e-Procurement system, OregonBuys. The project is located in Marion County. Bids are due by 10:00 AM on May 14, 2026, and will be opened publicly via Teams teleconference at the specified date and time. A mandatory pre-bid conference will take place at the Amtrak Train Station, 500 13th Street SE, Salem, OR 97301. The contract is for a public works project and is subject to prevailing wage rates in accordance with ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
