The purpose of this project is to establish a contract with a qualified, experienced, and licensed State of Florida contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, services, and incidentals necessary to complete the required work for the City of Homestead Police Athletic League (PAL) Restroom Renovations. The work includes modernizing the facility with durable epoxy flooring, updated walls, and ADA-compliant restroom upgrades, all in conformance with the contract documents. Bidders must coordinate work in a high-traffic community space, ensure code and accessibility compliance, and deliver long-lasting, high-quality results.
