Project overview: o Construction of Traffic Calming Improvement along E. 5 th Street from Walnut Street to Poplar Street. o The project will include pavement planing, curb replacement, drainage improvements, enhanced pedestrian crossings, street lighting, streetscaping, pavement marking, and necessary traffic control devices. Bidders must be ODOT pre-qualified to perform the work specified and provide proof of qualifications as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
