Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Somerton, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes approximately 2,555 square yards of pavement removal by milling and pavement replacement, installation of approximately 611 lineal feet of 6-inch PVC waterline, fire hydrants, water services, and gate valves, tie-ins to existing watermains, 45 linear feet of sewer main, and replacement of 2 existing sanitary sewer manholes. The project also includes removal and replacement of miscellaneous curb, sidewalk, sidewalk ramps, cross gutters, and other work incidental to the waterline replacement and street improvements. All work is to be completed as specified in the contract documents and project plans. The City of Somerton reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
