The demolition of the "S" Ship Unloader Crane shall constitute the Base Bid and primary scope of this solicitation. Additive Alternates No. 1 ("M" Crane) and No. 2 ("Z" Crane) may be awarded at APA's sole discretion and only if funding and operational considerations allow. Submission of an additive alternate proposal does not obligate APA to award it. The Contractor will be required to complete the entire project within 90 calendar days and in accordance with DIVISION III SPECIAL PROVISIONS SP-03.
