Envelope Stabilization for The Old First Church. Mason restoration and roofing replacement at the Parish House and other miscellaneous repairs to the Church and Parish House building exterior. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Project consists of but not limited to: The project work consists of exterior envelope stabilization, Parish House roof valley structural reinforcement, and structural ceiling repairs at two (2) second floor Parish House classrooms. The exterior envelope stabilization work includes but is not limited to removal and replacement of the Parish House asphalt roofing system including gutters and downspout, exterior brick masonry repairs, including areas of rebuild, and envelope water infiltration repairs at the Church and Parish House.
