Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to the Owner for the construction of roof replacements as called for in the drawings and specifications at Beach Elementary School, Gautier Middle School, Colmer Middle School, and the Information Systems Department (ISD) of the Pascagoula-Gautier School District. Bid Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract are available from the Architect's plan room website. Bidders must provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check for a sum not less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Refer to Document 002113 - Instructions to Bidders and Document 003100 - Available Project Information for other bidding requirements. Submit offers on the provided Bid Form. Bids must be in a sealed envelope marked with the project name and delivered to the Owner's address by the time stated. Do not deliver bids to the project address or the Architect's address. The Owner is not responsible for bids mailed to the wrong address or those arriving after the designated time. Electronic bid submissions are accepted on the Architect's website and must include a title page with the same information as required for sealed envelopes. Bids over $50,000 must be marked with the contractor's Mississippi certificate of responsibility number and include proof of Mississippi license. Non-resident contractors must include a statement of their state's law regarding non-resident contractors or a statement if no such law exists.
