McKinley High School Science Classroom Improvements DOE Job No. Q23483-24. Instructions: The awarded vendor shall pay a transaction fee of 0.725% (capped at $5,000) to Sicommnet on the total dollar amount of goods or services purchased through the Hawaii Electronic Procurement System (Heps). The transaction fee applies to all purchases, regardless of the purchase order, contract, or ecatalog, and is to be paid within thirty days from receipt of invoice. Failure to obtain a copy of the Sosa does not waive any requirements. Pre-Bid Meeting 04/27/2026 at 3:30 PM HT. All visitors attending the pre-bid meeting must check in at the administrative office upon arrival.
