The Town of Richfield, Adams County WI is accepting sealed bids for Town Road Maintenance for the 2026 season with the following scope of work: 1) Grading of approximately 15 miles of town roads, with bids to be per hour using the bidder's equipment. The number of times will be determined by the Board. 2) Mowing of approximately 42 miles of town roads, with bids to be per hour using the bidder's equipment and/or per hour using the Town Mower. The number of times will be determined by the Board. 3) Gravel hauling on Cumberland Lane from the 2025 new gravel joint west to the west town line (Preston) with a 2-inch spread, hauling only; the town will grade. Bids must be per mile, not per project. 4) Double seal over hard surfaces for specified segments: Cottonville Ave from 3rd Ave West to 3rd Drive (approximately 1/2 mile); 3rd Drive from Cottonville Ave North to Chicago Lane & Chicago Lane west to 4th Ave (approximately 1 mile); 4th Ave from Chicago Lane north to Chicago Ave (approximately 1 mile). Specifications for gravel and seal coating must be obtained. Current, active certificate of insurance and list of equipment to be used must accompany all bids. The Town of Richfield reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or accept the bid most advantageous to the town, and to waive formalities.
