Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sparks, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

The project includes the removal and replacement of curb, gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches, ADA ramps, storm drain mainline spot repairs, catch basin replacements, sign replacement, roadbed modification/aggregate roadway base, and placement of new asphalt paving on City streets identified in the bid documents. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of bid amount is required. This bid bond will function as a penalty in the event the successful bidder fails to enter into a written contract with the City in accordance with the bid documents. Prospective bidders will be required to have a current Contractor's License under the Nevada State Law for the type of work specified herein. The work under this Contract shall commence after all executed Contract documents have been submitted and notification to proceed has been given. Bid documents and specifications are available from the City's website and registration at the site is required. It is the responsibility of all potential bidders to monitor the Purchasing Division's website for updated information prior to submitting their bid/proposal.
