On behalf of the Tulsa County Parks Department, proposals are requested for work on the Case Tennis Complex Signage. Submissions must include a Bidder Information Form, Construction - Bid Form, Construction - Bid Affidavits, IRS Form W-9, Construction - Solicitation Checklist, and a Bid Security if the proposal exceeds $50,000. One original hardcopy and one PDF copy must be submitted, ensuring all forms are fully completed, signed, and notarized as required. For proposals over $50,000, a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of not less than five percent of the proposal amount is required as a guarantee. A mandatory pre-bid conference at the project site must be attended for proposal eligibility. All questions must be directed to the Tulsa County Procurement Department by email. The Tulsa County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities or minor irregularities in any submission. Proposals will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin or handicap status.
