Renovation of a mixed-use development in Homedale, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the purchase and installation of a HVAC system for the Homedale Middle School Gym. Proposers may observe existing facilities by arranging a visit in advance. Bid documents and detailed specifications are available at the Homedale School District Office. Bids must be submitted by the specified deadline to the School District Office. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any portion of any bid, and to waive any technicality. No bidder may withdraw their bid unless the awarding of the bid is delayed for a period exceeding thirty days. The proposal shall include all materials and labor necessary to provide a fulling functioning HVAC system for the Homedale Middle School Gym. The proposal shall include a base bid as described below. Base Bid: New Work: Provide all work necessary to install (2) ground HVAC package units with gas heat and electric air conditioning. The HVAC units, curbs, and Airteck controls shall be supplied. Coordinate the delivery schedule and project start date with Tom Muir, at 208-880-4871. Install all necessary duct work as shown. Route gas piping and connect to all units. Protect existing ceiling and grid during ductwork installation. Provide all HVAC and finish work required to accommodate the installation of the new HVAC system. All selective demolition, clean up, and waste disposal shall be the responsibility of the general HVAC contractor. The site, and building areas affected shall be cleaned daily in order to provide fully functioning space for the District. Match all existing materials and finishes when patching back existing building systems. Provide full testing and balancing services of the new HVAC system, submit a test and balance report for review by the engineer of record, make all adjustments necessary to provide a balanced system.
