The purpose of this project is to secure a qualified contractor to provide project management and technical oversight services for the County’s Jail Security Electronics Project. The scope involves overseeing upgrades to the Jail’s Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), intercom systems, and Bosch video systems across multiple campuses. The contractor will act independently on behalf of the County to ensure all system design, implementation, integration, and testing activities meet County requirements, technical standards, and operational objectives. Responsibilities include monitoring vendor performance, validating technical accuracy, identifying risks, and ensuring the delivered systems are secure, fully functional, and compliant with County policy.
