The project consists of approximately 6,000 tons of Asphalt Concrete 2.0" 12.5 mm Superpave, approximately 49,000 square yards of Full Depth (8") Reclamation Utilizing LithTec for Base Stabilization, rumble strips, center line striping, stop bar striping, and traffic control. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a unit price basis. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All permits required for construction are expected to be approved prior to the bid opening. Acquisition of property for easements, right of way, etc., is not expected to be required. Bidding documents are available electronically for a non-refundable charge and in paper format for an additional charge. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available. Bidding Documents must be obtained from the Issuing Office, and neither the Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for documents obtained from other sources. Question Deadline 05/07/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
