Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Arlington, Massachusetts. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Seeking Design Services as defined for the Robbins Memorial Town Hall Exterior Restoration project located at 730 Massachusetts Ave., Arlington, MA 02476. Services are anticipated to include design for comprehensive exterior envelope restoration and reconstruction of the historic clock tower/cupola. Services include Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bid/Award, CA, and Closeout for exterior restoration, including roofing, masonry/stone, windows/doors, skylights, and reconstruction of the clock tower/cupola. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all responses in full or in part, to waive minor informality in the proposal process, and to award contract in the best interest of the Town. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
