Fire Alarm Upgrades - Peirce Elementary School. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The estimated cost of construction for the Work is $250,000. Each general bid shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount, including any and all alternates. The general bidder who is selected as General Contractor will be required to furnish with the executed Contract a Performance Bond, and also a Labor and Materials or Payment Bond, each of which shall be in the sum of 100 percent (100%) of the Contract Price, the premiums for which are to be paid by the General Contractor and are included in the Contract Price. Such bonds shall be of a surety company qualified to do business under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
