Location-8 Summer Street, Arlington, MA 02474 The work is estimated to cost $164,000.00. Completion- 180 consecutive calendar days. DEVELOPMENT NO. 667-5 Bids must be submitted electronically. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of HVAC and must provide a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. Bids must comply with applicable laws and wage requirements.
