Site work for a water / sewer project in Burlington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

KCAB is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the design and supply of a coarse bubbler aeration system to replace the existing fine bubbler aeration system in two digester tanks. These tanks, installed in 2004 and modified in 2006 with a BIOLAC system, currently use mechanical mixers for primary mixing and fine bubblers for aeration. Due to operational changes and aging PVC piping, there is a need to update the tanks with a coarse bubbler aeration system and replace the PVC piping. Bidders are required to address these needs in their proposals. Question Deadline 04/27/2026 at 11:59 PM ET KCAB is not bound by, and bidders may not request or rely on any oral interpretation or clarification of this RFP. Therefore any questions regarding this ITB are encouraged and must be submitted electronically. Questions are due and answers will be posted no later than Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 11:59 pm. KCAB reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid or bid guaranty, to reject any or all bids, to award or refrain from awarding a contract for the work, and to negotiate with the apparent qualified responsible bidder to such extent as may be beneficial to the Owner.
