Renovation of a municipal facility in Fairbanks, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Fairbanks is requesting sealed proposals from qualified Contractors to provide design-build services for the replacement of Section "B" of the Fairbanks City Hall roof. The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, design services, and construction necessary to provide a new roof with a minimum 20-year manufacturer's warranty. Only RFP registered holders will be allowed to propose, or will receive addenda to the RFP, if any.
