Renovation of a retail development in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
The City requires large-scale architectural building wraps for upcoming renovation projects, as specified in the Pricing Sheet. The exterior building-scale wraps will cross multiple facades. The design on the wraps will be provided by the City and will require City review. The City may need the Contractor to coordinate any design tweaks to ensure proper display. The City will determine which of the quoted facades will need to be wrapped. The initial order placed by the City must be fabricated and installed no later than June 17, 2026. Any further orders, if required, shall be installed as agreed upon by the City. Question Deadline 04/22/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Deadline for submitting questions regarding the RFP. The purpose is to obtain a large-scale building wrap solution. The City is undergoing redevelopment projects in the downtown area, including the closure of MacArthur Mall. To maintain vibrancy during this transition, the City intends to wrap several building facades with large-scale artwork that communicates the future vision of the site and civic pride through art and culture.
