Question Deadline 04/24/2026 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to WHKS & Co., 3737 Woodland Avenue, Suite 111, West Des Moines, IA, 50266 and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids. The Project includes all labor, materials and equipment necessary for concrete patching, striping, sidewalk improvements, paved shoulder construction, testing, mobilization, traffic control, and miscellaneous work including cleanup in accordance with the contract documents. The extent of the work involved is the furnishing of labor and new materials for the construction of PCC Patching (2,996.5 SY) and PCC Sidewalk (12.9 SY), Excavation, Granular Subbase, and Pavement Markings. Other miscellaneous construction operations include construction survey, traffic control, temporary traffic signals, erosion control, sod and safety closures.
