Renovation of a military facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This is a new requirement for the replacement of the water level control for Boiler 3. Total SB Set-Aside. A Firm-Fixed-Price - LPTA One contract will result from this solicitation. All questions and quotes shall be submitted via email only to April.Cotter@va.gov Questions are due by 3:00 PM EST on Monday, 04/27/2026. Work Required: Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials required to supply, install, test, and calibrate the broken water level control on Boiler #3. The equipment installation shall be in accordance with VHA Directive 1810, Boiler Plant and Boiler Plant Operations and the VHA Boiler and Associated Plant Safety Device Testing Manual, 8 th Edition. The contractor shall test and verify all repairs. Additionally, Boiler 3 needs to diagnostic work to ensure all associated water level control safety devices are working appropriately. 3. Period of Performance: All work shall be complete within 65 calendar days from award.
