Description

Site work for a power facility in Reading, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for site work for a power facility.

The South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) is requesting qualified engineering firms to submit proposals electronically via PennBid for the BTC Solar Panel Rooftop Array Project. SCTA will use a qualifications-based approach in its selection of a firm. All proposals and contracts are subject to all applicable state and federal laws and to a financial assistance contract between the South Central Transit Authority, the County of Berks, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, and the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Transit Administration. Contractors and subcontractors must comply with all applicable Non-Discrimination, Non-Collusion, Contractor Integrity, Lobbying, and Debarment laws and regulations and certify they are not on the Comptroller General's list of ineligible contractors. SCTA encourages disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) participation. DBEs will be afforded full consideration and will not be subject to discrimination. SCTA reserves the right to postpone, accept, reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, or to waive any or all informalities or technicalities.
