Site work and paving for a road / highway in Auburn, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals will be accepted for the 2026 Multi-Municipal Ultra-Thin Friction Course contract for West Brunswick, Wayne, and South Manheim Townships. The work involves the installation of approximately 18,198 square yards in West Brunswick Township, 33,632 square yards in Wayne Township, and 10,122 square yards in South Manheim Township of Ultra-Thin Friction Course. Bidders must be PennDOT prequalified and supply proof of prequalification. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held. Proposals must be submitted on designated forms, which can be obtained from South Manheim Township. Completed bids must include a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the total bid and will be made payable to South Manheim Township. Each municipality will award its own contract portions, and successful bidders must provide a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the awarded contract for each municipality within 20 days. The municipalities reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or portions, delete projects, and waive technicalities as deemed in their best interest.
