Northwestern Chester County Municipal Authority is requesting bids for the construction of the West Pump Station Replacement Project. The work generally includes the construction of a new suction lift style pump station with building and all site improvements to replace the existing West Pump Station, demolition of the existing below grade package pump station and equipment, construction of sanitary sewer piping and associated manholes and appurtenances, grinder pump and wet well, installation of new pumps, construction of force main piping and appurtenances, connection to existing force main piping and general site improvements including new fencing, gate, pavement and electrical connections to a proposed generator building. Separate bids will be received for General Construction, Electrical Construction, and Mechanical Construction, with bids to be submitted as lump sum for all contracts.
