The project includes, but is not limited to, 233 lineal feet of 8-inch stormwater pipe, ten catch basins, three combination sediment manhole catch basins, along with two drill holes. The project also includes 350 square yards of reconditioning of the existing roadway, 41 tons of 3 1/2-inch Asphalt Concrete Pavement (ACP) Mixture, 240 lineal feet of concrete curb, 648 square feet of concrete walks, and traffic control. Bidders are responsible for making sure they have all addenda before submitting bids. Sealed bids will be received online as instructed on the City Portal, or may be submitted via mail or in person with prior arrangement. No faxed or emailed submissions will be accepted. Prequalification is a requirement. Bidders must be prequalified with City of Bend at the time the bids are opened. The prequalification process is administered by the Private Development Engineering Division through the CityView permit and licensing software and customer portal. New applications for the City of Bend prequalification must be received at least 10 business days before the bid deadline.
